Where does Veera Lee ship?

Veera Lee ships to all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for online orders within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. International shipments will cost a flat rate of $150.

How long will the delivery take?

Shipping and handling generally will take 1-2 business days when you place your order. We will send you a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships. Deliveries within the US usually take 3-7 business days with USPS Priority Mail, although it can be faster. You can upgrade to USPS Express shipping for $50 to receive it within 1-2 business days. International deliveries will take 7-14 business days. May vary by country.

What if I refuse delivery?

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, minus the cost of shipping and handling to and from the recipient. International purchases are not refunded, unless customer pays all shipping expenses.

What’s your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the Veera Lee items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of 20% per item will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. A bundle counts as one item. International purchases are only eligible for refunds or returns if customer pays all shipping expenses.

What's your exchange policy?

Exchanges will be treated as returns.

What do I do if I received a defect or incorrect item?

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us immediately with photos and details of the fault within 6 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement and have the defective item mailed back to us at no cost to you. Our email is:

What does backorder mean?

If you have ordered a backorder item, it means that it is currently sold out and will soon be on its way to our warehouse. Backordered items are not immediately available to be shipped out to you as they are still being created by our artisans. Please note that our estimated delivery times on the product page of your chosen item are guidelines, and we will update you once the order has been shipped via email. Please note if you have purchased a backordered item, and an item that is not backordered on the same order, items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
